Installation Technicians / Indoor Air Quality Technicians

• We have the opportunity for Entry Level & Experienced Technicians.
• Install replacement systems and duct work in residential homes occupied by the homeowner.
• In most cases we are completing a furnace, condenser and coil installation in one day with a two man crew.
• Must be able to interact with homeowners explaining the functionality of the system.
• Company provided vehicle & gas card.
• Weekly company paid training on technical & design features of HVAC products.

Service / Maintenance Technicians

• We have the opportunity for Entry Level & Experienced Technicians.
• Run 3 to 5 service / maintenance calls per day in residential homes.
• Educate homeowners on their system making any recommendations they need in order to extend the life of their equipment.
• Have the ability to offer alternative options which will improve the comfort and safety of the clients in their homes.
• Company provided vehicle & gas card.
• Weekly company paid training on communication techniques designed to enhance the client experience.

Salesperson

• Company generated sales leads for residential replacement of heating and cooling systems.
• All appointments are preset & qualified.
• Work either a 5 or 6 day work week.
• Evenings and Saturdays required.
• Weekly training meetings focusing on product education & communication techniques.
